I think this dental office is all about the up sale. I have a list of issues with them. They claim you need a deep cleaning to up charge you for cleaning but really only use the same equipment most office use for a less expensive price. They did a deep clean on. Me fiancé. She went to different Periodontal office to get a second opinion on the botched gum graft and they told her she still had plaque buildup on her teeth. Smiles wouldn’t even give her a free cleaning after this happened. My fiancé went in to get a skin graft on one tooth. When she got there they recommended additional teeth and then quadruple the bill. They charge over double what the other periodontal specialist charges and the skin graft made her gums worse after the procedure causing her to not even be a candidate for additional skin graphs to fix the problem. They offer no credit or compensation. They charges per tooth on a procedure when really it’s minimal effort and to do more than one tooth at the same time. Don’t let the appearance of this place and their hospitality for you. They are all about selling you as many services as they could provide regardless if you really need them or not. They don’t stand behind their work because when they’re caught doing subpar work they won’t do anything about it. Take my advice and stay away from this dental practice.
